At Ixria, every piece is selected with intention and sent to you with care. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

We stand behind the quality of what we send. If your item or its packaging arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To make a claim, email officialixria@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item or box. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
